The next stop on the MMA Road Trip is Derby City Martial Arts home the LouisvilleMMA Fight Team. You can check these guys out at http://www.dcbjj.com The first place these guys started training was a converted chicken coop :) Individual techniques will be listed in the MMA Video section of our Forum with in the next few days. It is a members only section so reg up :) if you haven't already.

Thx man, nice to have you on the forum. Every time I watch the vid I crack up when you start talking about the chicken coop. Most people would find it hard to believe if they hadn't seen the vid. Anything I can do to help you guys out, just let me know. It's amazing how far you guys have come.

For anyone just wanting to see the techniques, I have uploaded a technique only vids to the Train Vid Section.
