Bjoern Friedrich and Fighter-Fitness is all about getting fight fit. Based in Germany, they have a very large European following. Hopefully in the next few weeks (with the launch of their US site www.FighterFitness.net) we can we can see FF bring the popularity they have given sub/bjj fitness to the US. In Germany they have been featured on TV and been the subject of a reality fitness show. Who knows, one day soon you may see your wife doing morning Jiu Jitsu instead of yoga.

The links are in German?? Nice instructional. I checked this guys youtube he has a couple other good instructionals there.

The show sounds very interesting and helpful. I hope it will air on TV in the U.S. I could see it becoming my new favorite show. I like to see creative fitness strategies on TV. Aerobics has been done. Boring, boring, boring, but something like this could pick up thousands of followers and help America get fit and maybe inspire the younger generations to get into something like this and lead a healthy lifestyle. I think the show was a great idea. 2 thumbs up! dd.

PS Thanks for posting the info and vids on this, TPF, keep up the great work!

I would love for this to come to the U.S! I have great instruction for my MMA, but as far as staying in the shape a fighter needs to be in, it's hard to stay motivated going it alone. A show with some type of regimen and new tricks to get into top shape would help a lot.

I really like how he builds a complete lesson with the techniques. Maybe we can do online BJJ classes. Have each class with a theme.

What do you mean each class have a theme? Christmas, Easter, Sombrarro Day themes? What are you talking about? :lol:
