My brother is looking to have his first fight in a few months, he is at fly weight, but he wants to gain almost 15 more lbs, right now he weights 110Lbs he is 5'9, he is 19 years old, any tips? also he trains like a mule and eats like a fat man, but he won't gain weight...

yeah some people just might have a great metabolism. If he wants to start gaining some weight maybe jsut try eating alot of calories and maybe supplement creatine which will add a little as well.

I trained most my life and started weight lifting to gain mass. I went o the gym 4 days a week for 5 years and could lift as much as the roid monkeys, but couldn't ever get over 175p at 6'0. I took protein and creatine. I ate a weight lifters diet and found the amount of food I would need to eat to gain a single pound was disgusting. I think it has to do with how u r as a child. I was free to run around the city like a wild animal all day lol.

I am injured from a Superbike accident now and haven't been training in 8 yrs and am still thin. I should be chubby...

The bottom line is he has to take in more fuel than he is burning

instead of 3times meal,make it 5-7 times.
